Complete List Of Aspirants For 2016 Palau General Elections
There are 31 seats up for grabs in the November 2016 Palau Elections. Pacific Note gathered list of names of aspirants who filed their election papers as submission of nominating petitions closed today.
Today, at 5 p.m., was the deadline of filing of election papers for the 2016 Palau Elections. There are four candidates for the president, 3 for vice president, 24 senators and 33 House of Delegates.
The primary is scheduled on Sept. 27 and according to the Palau Election Commission website there are 15,890 registered voters as of July 12, 2016.
